A common mistake when we consider fitness is to think of it as exercise. A deliberate and conscious period of activity used as an opportunity for vigorous movement and breaking a sweat. Exercise is a modern invention that becomes an obligation and something to feel guilty about when we cannot fit it into our busy schedules.
