Hi, I'm Tina Northover, a London-based Interior Designer, a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), a Human Potential Coach and the founder of Potent Sapiens by Design, a Wellness Interior Design and lifestyle Consultancy. I am fiercely passionate about human potential, wellness, the interplay between our physical environment and interiors, and how these spaces impact our productivity, health and well-being.

 Having spent the last ten years working in the fast-paced design and production industry, creating innovative and meaningful spaces and activations for leading globally recognised brands worldwide, I'd achieved everything I'd set out to in my career trajectory. However, I was stressed, burnt out, and living a lifestyle that was neither healthy nor personally fulfilling! Knowing something had to change, I looked toward the wellness world to find answers and get my life back on track.

This pivotal moment in my personal and professional life led me to further training as a Human Potential Coach, using Biohacking principles to improve my life and become the best version of myself.

Here, I saw the correlation between the principles of Biohacking (hacking our biology, psychology and environment) and the foundational principles of the WELL Building Standard. My knowledge and design experience could tangibly benefit people's health and positively impact their lives.
